The power consumption is very low, only 50mW.
Q3: If I don't use the batteries for a long time, should I disconnect the balancers?
Normally if you don't use the batteries for 2-3 months, you need to recharge them for battery maintenance. Since the balancer power consumption is low, it won't consume much power from the battery.
